Court Bookings Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be done at least 24 hours before in order to be eligible for a refund. – All cancellations should be done via email: info@iktennisacademy.com or WhatsApp on +356 77788810
- In case of inclement weather a refund will be issued.
Lessons Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be done at least 24 hours prior lesson start time. – All cancellations should be done via email: info@iktennisacademy.com or Whatsapp on +356 77788810
- Cancellations less than 24 hours prior lesson start time will incur a €10 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations in the last 2 hours prior the start of the lesson and No Shows will result in a full service charge.
